Long Term interventions

In some cases when a number of areas need to be addressed and when the need is critical, Gyana recommends 15 day workshops. Sustained training in 3 hour modules every alternate day ensures noticeable improvement in communication skills at the end of the program. The thorough assessment process allows us to track performance over the duration of the program. Areas typically addressed are language, communication, assertiveness among others. Role Based Training Programs

These programs are specifically designed to map the competencies that participants who are stepping into a new role are expected to develop.

The various steps followed in the design of this long term intervention are:

Competency Mapping for each role – To identify the competencies required to effectively deliver the responsibilities of the role. The width and depth of the competencies are identified for each role.

Bench Marking – A set of profiling tools and questionnaires are used to derive a benchmark. After the training, participants will need to achieve this benchmark in order to show their understanding and application of the concept.

Training Design and Delivery – The standard methodology followed is used here with heavy customization for the role.

Certification Process – Participants who complete the training, project work and other follow up activities with consistency are certified for the role.

Gyana Live Webinars

For teams that are unable to take time off for classroom training Gyana also offers a flexible online training model. These web based sessions are typically two hours long.

Features like voting, application sharing, voice/ video features and instant messaging through an easily accessible meeting platform are used to make the session interactive. Participants overcome time, location and infrastructure constraints as they learn.
