Role -  Senior Consultant – Learning and Development

Description: The Senior Consultant will be responsible for designing end-to-end training solution which includes a blended approach based on the training need, availability and day to day work of the target audience (college up to senior management level). This includes PPT/ Trainer manual/ Activity sheets/ Handouts/ Workbooks. The aspect of training will cover soft skills, management/ leadership development and to a lesser extent virtual training programs.  The role also involves conducting TTT or knowledge transition sessions for other empanelled trainers.

Education: MBA (with Engineering background)


2. Training and Development

Role -  Senior Consultant – Training and Development

Description - The role required to deliver high impact training programs to trainees with 3 to 7 years of work experience. These are typically behavioral trainings focused towards improving productivity by bringing out a visible change in task/people handling. The expected level of content mastery is in-depth knowledge of the concepts, their applicability at work and alternative tools and techniques if required by the audience. The other responsibilities include, making pre and post assessment training reports, attending TTT and KT programs.
